Abstract
It is stated that the environmental conditions in which sales activities in the streets, expos to these people to multiple risk factors that affect their safety and health. The among the most relevant are: Climate exposure (UV radiation, rain, cold, among others), Exposure to noise, Exposure to pollutant particles and Exposure to risks Biomechanical or Psychosocial (like Alcoholism, drug addiction, crime, among others). The purpose of this project is to diagnose the health and safety conditions of the street vendors located on 30th street between the carrera 2nd and 5th of the “San Mateo” neighborhood in the municipality of Soacha. The study includes the identification of hazards and the appreciation of users, who answer to a socio-demographic survey in the first instance, and then are inspected the work, areas through a checklist. Subsequently, and through the application of the Colombian Technical Guide No. 45 of 2012 of the Ministry of Labor, the hazards and risks identified will be evaluated. Finaly stage, it is intended instruct participants in the study on, risks factors found and self-care strategies, such as strategy to contribute to improvement of health, safety and quality of life of this population.Downloads
