Abstract
This study was developed in the municipality of Sutatausa Cundinamarca in a farm located in the Vereda de Palacio on the outskirts of the town, where a small production of Organic Sweet Quinoa equivalent to about 800 square meters was studied. Several visits were made from the beginning of production to the development and completion of the harvest. This new farmer in the market of Quinoa specialized in the production of peas, but due to the great reception that has received for the production of quinoa in the sector, I am making the decision to start production. In the municipality there are several farmers of this cereal dedicated not only to the production of quinoa, but also the processing and sale of products such as cookies, milkshakes, organic quinoa cereals. An organic production is characterized by the use of NO chemicals, the care of the seedlings by means of the natural cycle of production, besides that these types of productions are not massive, but rather in small quantities. The products of this type in addition to being much healthier for human consumption, have a better texture and more defined colors. The main purpose is to develop an administrative and management tool that allows these small farmers to make decisions regarding their production and thus obtain competitiveness in the national market. This is intended to be carried out through a case study in which, through observation and surveys of the owners of the production process, the data obtained is collected and analyzed to comply with the purpose of the investigation.Downloads
