The effect of certificates of quality management systems in the financial performance of plastics industry´s companies

Abstract

This paper exposes, the effect of certification processes of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in the performance of the organizations, from a financial perspective, For this purpose, the financial performance of companies of the plastic industry in Colombia will be addressed quantitatively , through the Event Study Methodology.
