Abstract
Currently all the efforts done to improve the quality of education processes, and that therefore influence the quality of human development that society has set have a common factor: the influence that pedagogy may have —if recognized as education science— in satisfying these expectations, regarding its main object of study: directing the development of the student’s personality, which implies using it from the complex and dynamic real world perspective and therefore interpreting it from a multidisciplinary point of view from various education phenomena and with the possibility of conceiving school models that may be cultural and historic references for the student who is in constant development, in an everyday changing world (Valera, 1998). The analysis of the different problems in the relationship with the questions of the quality of the education process on the formal school, has determined the upcoming of multiple proposals of solution with the purpose of achieving the successful completion of the goals and objectives for education and also for human developments this the different societies have settled. On this sense, all the efforts that are done have a common factor: the influence that the pedagogy can have —if its recognized like an education science—, on currently satisfying these expectations, on its main aim of study: the direction of the personality shaping of the student, which implies to make use of it from the complex view of the real world, dynamic and for this reason, interpreted from a multidisciplinary vision from the education phenomena and with the possibility of conceiving school models that work as a cultural and historic reference for the student who is on permanent enrichment on a world that is changing everyday. But contrary to the idea mentioned before, it can be said that while the different adult social actors do not show among themselves the values of a rationaly coherent model of excellence, while exercising their power in their relationships among them and with the boys, girls and young ones in different social spheres, the right construction of discipline and personality of these will never be obtained as a basic condition for the development of their talents and hence the construction of a project for life, that together represent the collective project of a social nation that is wished and required.Downloads
